Claude adds a note with each update and the hub shows a badge. Remove a note here and it disappears for everyone.

This is what staff see when they tap the red Downtime button. Start a section with # and a title. Start a line with ! for a red warning. Any other line is a step staff can tick off. Contacts: Name | Role | Phone (phone numbers become tap-to-call). To link a Google Doc or any web page, paste the full address in a step, or write [Step-by-step guide](https://docs.google.com/...). Set the Google Doc's sharing so staff can open it, and keep a printed copy because links need the internet.
